MNR Constructions was founded in 2010 by NIDA graduates, Terry Roy and Sam Mezups.
We work with Art Directors, Project Managers, Designers, Event Coordinators, PR Agencies, Producers, and the everyday customer to build everything from a temporary set to a permanent installation. Our workshop is always buzzing with activity to produce precise and premium quality work for all types of events.
We are a dedicated group of hard workers and problem solvers with a passion for producing projects from scratch and seeing them right through to the final stages. We are always striving to do better and work together to meet all of our clients needs from conception to completion.
As a team we always encourage creativity and imagination, and believe in creating finished products that are functional as well as aesthetically pleasing.
Terry keeps our business running smoothly, supporting our teams and helping them work together better. He’s also passionate about making our workplace a fun, exciting and creative place to be!
Dean is our General Manager. His role involves overseeing the daily operations of our company to meet our strategic goals.
As Production Manager, Dave is responsible for the efficient delivery and high-quality standard of all outgoing jobs. He also ensures the welfare of our amazing build team.
Heather is our Project Manager and is the conduit between our clients and our build team. She oversees all projects that MNR produces, including resources, budgets and scope of work.
Bart is our Concept Specialist. Using his extensive knowledge of the building industry, he’s able to provide expert advice and quotations for clients to make their concepts a reality.
Clare is the Client Success Manager, and her role is to support our clients and their projects. She is passionate about client satisfaction and making sure each project is a total success.
As our Design & Drafter, Peter is an expert at translating our client’s ideas into designs that work in the real world. He loves making the seemingly impossible, possible.
Dylan works in the Design & Drafting team, developing plans and selecting the appropriate build method and materials that will ultimately bring our client’s ideas to life.
Ben is a Set Builder and has over 25 years’ experience. You might see him working on detailed joinery projects, as well as theatre sets and brand activations, pop up shop installations and illuminated signage. He can do it all!
Chelsea is a Set Builder and if there’s one thing she loves, it’s building! She’s experienced in all things, whether it’s painting, welding, wood machinery, or landscaping. She’s a true allrounder!
Luke is part of our production team as a Set Builder. He’s a highly skilled craftsman and talented at perfecting a client install. He loves a challenge and the satisfaction in seeing our clients happy.
Tom is our Set Builder at MNR. He’s an experienced carpenter, welder and painter and has worked on some of our biggest projects. Tom is driven by the creative work we do!
Jon is the MNR Workshop Assistant. He’s a multi-tasker and can tackle anything we send his way, and always with a smile on his face.
Reiner’s role as our Customer Success Coordinator means he’s here to keep our clients informed, supported and happy throughout projects.
